Mechanism of Action

Pal-KVK sequence activates thrombospondin-1 receptor signaling, triggering TGF-β release and downstream collagen I and IV synthesis. Complementary pathway to Matrixyl's matrikine mechanism. The combination (Matrixyl 3000) uses both peptides for dual collagen stimulation pathway activation.
